About Mastering Advanced Asanas

Advanced postures like Vrischikasana or handstands require more than just willpower; they demand specific wrist strength and proper shoulder stability. In my sessions, we do not just jump into the final pose. We use props like bamboo sticks, blocks, and aerial silks to deconstruct every movement, ensuring your alignment is sound and safe before you attempt to go deeper.
