Holistic Yoga Training for Strength and Healing
From pain relief to advanced flexibility, my sessions are designed around your unique body and goals. Let's start your journey to better health.
Hear directly from my student, Gaurav, who has been training with me for over a year. He shares his experience with my personalized approach, where we worked on specific body parts to relieve pain and build strength. This is the kind of transformation I aim for with every student.
Here I am guiding a student through an advanced backbend using wall support during a private home session. My focus is always on ensuring safety and proper form, helping you progress at your own pace to build spinal flexibility and strength.
This is a snapshot from a live online class, where I am guiding a student through an advanced leg and hip opening pose. Even in a virtual setting, I provide personalized attention to help you achieve correct alignment and deepen your stretches safely.
If you suffer from sciatica, a disc bulge, or general back pain, the Marjaryasana or Cat-Cow pose is a gentle yet powerful solution. This video shows how this simple movement can alleviate spinal compression, reduce stress, and improve posture.
I am guiding a student through the steps of Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutation. This foundational sequence is a complete body workout that improves flexibility, strengthens muscles, and boosts cardiovascular health, making it a core part of my training sessions.
It was a privilege to lead a yoga session for students at Jiwan Jyoti Sr Sec School. I believe in making yoga accessible to everyone, including children, to help them build body awareness, focus, and a foundation for lifelong wellness.
Yoga is not just about the poses, it's about connecting with yourself and your surroundings. This sequence, performed by the Ganga, captures the essence of finding peace and strength through practice, from a standing split to a full split and arm balances.
Correct alignment is crucial, especially in hip-opening poses like the Pigeon Pose. This guide shows the common mistakes, like uneven hips and shoulders, and how to correct them to get the full benefit of the stretch without risking injury.
About Featured
My training is never one-size-fits-all. When we practice, we work on your body part by part—if you have back pain, we focus on that; if you need to build core strength, we target that. Every session combines Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga based on what your body needs on that specific day, ensuring you see real progress.
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to advance your practice, my goal remains the same: helping you heal and grow. I run sessions in three formats: live online classes for global reach, personalized 1-on-1 video training, and at-home private sessions in Delhi NCR where I provide hands-on adjustments.
Why my approach works:
- Personalized Alignment: We do not just move; we learn the correct form. I use props and verbal cues to ensure you are safe, whether we are working on a simple Sun Salutation or an advanced backbend.
- Targeted Healing: I have extensive experience helping students manage conditions like sciatica, disc bulges, and general stiffness through specific asanas like Cat-Cow (Marjaryasana).
- Consistency: My online group classes are designed to build discipline, while my private sessions are tailored to your medical history and lifestyle goals.
I believe in teaching you how to use your body to discipline your mind. Whether we are practicing by the Ganga or in your living room, the focus stays on your journey. If you are unsure, reach out for a free demo session to see how my teaching style fits you.
