About Weight Management & Core Strength
Instead of just jumping into generic cardio, I focus on stabilizing your spine and engaging your deep abdominal muscles first. Whether we do Naukasana or Phalakasana, my goal is to make sure you feel that burn in the right places, not in your back, because real weight management starts with how you hold your body.
Weight management is not just about counting calories. It is about how your body moves and how your mind supports that movement. Hum ek-ek part pe kaam karte hain (We work on every part of the body) to ensure that your practice is effective.
In my classes, we mix Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga to keep the energy high and the focus sharp. When I guide you through poses like Phalakasana or Uttanpadasana, I am not just looking for a perfect posture; I am looking for the right alignment to protect your joints and target your core.
Whether you join my live online group sessions or book private training at your home in Gurgaon or South Delhi, the approach remains the same. In online sessions, I monitor your screen to provide verbal cues. For in-person private classes, I use manual adjustments to help you deepen your stretch safely. Consistency is what yields results. You do not need a fancy gym to build a strong, lean body; you need the right discipline and guidance.
