Meditation and Healing Workshops in Gurgaon
Step into our studio to quiet the noise and reconnect with yourself. Whether it is the vibrational hum of Tibetan bowls or the grounding focus of candle gazing, these sessions are designed to help you find your center amidst the city rush.
An invitation to my New Moon Sound Healing meditation. We use the powerful vibrations of sound bowls to clear energy and set intentions during this potent time of the lunar cycle.
A special lunar eclipse meditation session that also included a personal tarot reading for each participant. It was a beautiful evening of introspection and shared energy.
Participants resting in Savasana (corpse pose) after a deep meditation. This is a crucial part of the practice, allowing the body and mind to absorb the benefits of the session.
Practicing Trataka, or candle gazing meditation. This powerful yogic technique improves focus, calms the mind, and enhances concentration by fixing the gaze on a single point of light.

About Meditation & Healing Workshops
When you join us for a meditation session, you are not just sitting in silence. We often integrate specific practices like Trataka (candle gazing) or sound baths using Tibetan singing bowls to give your mind a tangible focal point. These techniques are particularly effective if you struggle with a restless mind during traditional meditation, as they provide an external anchor to help you ease into inner stillness.
Meditation at Anahata is not about clearing your mind of all thoughts, as that can feel like an impossible task. Instead, we use it as a tool to observe the mind, practice breathwork, and release the tension that accumulates during the week.
The Power of Sound and Focus
Many of our workshops utilize sound healing meditation. The vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls act as a gentle massage for your nervous system, often helping participants drop into a state of relaxation that is deeper than sleep. For those who find traditional sit-and-breathe meditation challenging, we frequently practice Trataka. By fixing your gaze on a candle flame, you channel your energy into a single point, which naturally slows down the chattering mind.
Aligning with Nature
We find that aligning our practice with lunar cycles, like New Moon or Full Moon gatherings, adds a natural rhythm to our routine. These sessions are about setting intentions, letting go of what no longer serves you, and reflecting on your growth. Whether you are a complete beginner or someone with a regular practice, these gatherings provide a safe, non-judgmental space to pause.
What to Expect
Our sessions take place in our air-conditioned boutique studio in Gurgaon. You do not need fancy gear; just come as you are. We provide the mats, bolsters, and props. After the guided portion, we always hold space for a restorative Savasana, allowing your body to fully integrate the practice before you head back out into the busy city life. It is about balancing the active, doing part of your life with the being part.
