Join our small, peaceful group sessions in GK-2. We blend Hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative practices to help you find balance at your own pace.

A typical Hatha yoga group session where we focus on holding poses to build strength and awareness. You can see students in Virabhadrasana, or Warrior Pose, working on their alignment.

We begin many classes with gentle standing stretches to warm up the body. This sequence helps prepare the spine and shoulders for the practice ahead.

Here, students are practicing a variation of Adho Mukha Svanasana, or Downward-Facing Dog, using blocks for support. This is a great way for beginners to build strength for inversions.

Building core strength is essential for a healthy back and stable practice. This group is engaged in a variation of Navasana, or Boat Pose, to activate their abdominal muscles.

Another view of our core strengthening work. Notice how everyone is at a different level, which is perfectly welcome in my classes. We focus on progress, not perfection.

This video shows the variety within a single class, from deep stretches like the full split to balancing poses like Vrikshasana. We cater to all levels of flexibility and experience.

A clip from our class focusing on core and leg exercises. These movements are excellent for building lower body strength and improving circulation.

Students practicing Tiryaka Tadasana, a standing side bend. This is a wonderful posture for stretching the sides of the body and improving spinal flexibility.

In some sessions, we use props like sticks to assist with alignment and deepen stretches. Here, students are using them to get a better opening in a standing forward bend variation.

A moment of rest and integration during a group class. We often incorporate gentle supine poses to release tension in the lower back and hips.

About Our Group Sessions in Action

You will notice in these photos that we incorporate props like wooden sticks, blocks, and wheels into our daily flow. I introduce these tools specifically to help you reach deeper stretches and maintain correct alignment safely, so you never feel judged or out of your depth, regardless of your current flexibility.
