Elite Powerlifting Coaching by India's Strongman
This is my life in iron. From national record-breaking squats to the grind of daily coaching, see what true strength looks like. Ready to build your own legacy?
This is what we train for. Setting a new National Record with a 407.5 kg squat. This lift is the result of years of discipline and hard work. With my coaching, we will find the champion within you.
This was a 325 kg deadlift at the Delhi state championship, done with an ankle injury. I teach my athletes that the real fight is against your own limits. Pain is temporary, but quitting lasts forever.
Pushing the limits with a 300 kg bench press off a 2-inch block. This is an advanced overload technique we use to build raw power and break through plateaus. We focus on smart, targeted training.
Being named Strongman of India is not just a title, it's proof of a promise. A promise of dedication, hard work, and never giving up. This is the mindset I bring to every coaching session.
Here I am guiding my student through a heavy 270 kg deadlift. My coaching is hands-on, whether in-person or online. I focus on your form, safety, and pushing you to lift more than you thought possible.
I am a champion in both equipped and classic (raw) powerlifting. This video shows my first time competing in classic nationals where I set 7 new records and won the Strongman of India title. I can coach you for whichever path you choose.
This was at the Senior National Championship, competing with a rib injury that made it impossible to brace my core properly. It’s all a game of time and spirit. I teach you how to fight when things get tough.
There are different squat techniques for different sports like powerlifting and weightlifting. As a coach, I provide deep technical knowledge to make sure your form is perfect for your specific goals.
The raw emotion after a successful 325 kg deadlift. This sport is about the team that lifts you up. When you train with me, you become part of a team that celebrates every victory together.
A solid 300 kg squat in training. Hard work overcomes hard luck. Every single rep in the gym builds the foundation for your success on the competition platform.
About Featured
Whether you are aiming for your first state medal or breaking national records, strength is built in the details. My training philosophy focuses on specific technical audits—frame-by-frame analysis of your squats, bench, and deadlift—to eliminate weak links. We do not just lift; we master the mechanics, whether you are raw or equipped, to ensure every rep adds to your total.
My approach to powerlifting is built on a simple truth: hard work beats talent when talent does not work hard. As someone who has competed at the national level and faced injuries that could have ended my career, I know that success on the platform is not just about muscle; it is about mindset and technical precision.
What you get when we train:
- Technical Mastery: We dive deep into the mechanics of each lift. From fixing your bar path on the bench to correcting depth in your squat, I provide video analysis that catches mistakes you cannot feel.
- Custom Periodization: No cookie-cutter templates. I design blocks that cater to your specific goals, whether that is building raw strength or learning the technical nuances of equipped lifting.
- Injury & Longevity: Strength is useless if you are injured. My programming includes accessory work designed to bulletproof your joints and manage volume so you can train for years, not months.
- Competition Mentality: If you are prepping for a meet, I handle everything from attempt selection to managing your warm-ups, ensuring you walk onto the platform with confidence.
Whether you join our squad at A2 Fitness in New Delhi or opt for online coaching from anywhere in the country, you are becoming part of a culture of performance. This is not for those looking for a quick fix or an easy gym routine. This is for the athlete who wants to walk under the bar and know exactly what to do. If you have the spirit to put in the work, I will provide the path.
