The squat is the king of all lifts and the base of a powerlifter's total. I provide detailed technical coaching on all variations, including raw, equipped, paused, and tempo squats, to build immense leg strength and a solid foundation. We will make your squat your strongest asset.

A massive 415 kg squat in training. We are always pushing to break our own records. This is what elite preparation looks like.

An even heavier 445 kg squat in an equipped setup. My coaching covers the technical skill required to handle super-maximal weights safely and effectively.

A 350 kg raw squat in training. This is the beginning. We will awaken the lion inside you and hunt for bigger numbers.

Hitting a 340 kg squat at a bodyweight of 100 kg. Power-to-weight ratio is a critical factor in competition, and we train to maximize it.
