The bench press is a technical lift that requires immense upper body strength and precision. My coaching covers everything from raw and equipped benching to variations like close grip and block presses to build a powerful chest, shoulders, and triceps. We will work on your arch, leg drive, and bar path to add kilos to your bench.
The Deadlift: The Ultimate Test of Strength
The deadlift is the final and most demanding lift, a true measure of raw power. I coach both sumo and conventional styles, focusing on building a strong back, powerful hips, and an unbreakable grip. We will refine your setup, pull, and lockout to conquer the bar.
Equipped vs. Raw: Expertise in Both Arenas
I am one of the few lifters in India who is a champion in both equipped and raw powerlifting. Equipped lifting uses supportive suits and wraps to lift massive weights, requiring a high level of technical skill. Raw lifting is about pure, unadulterated strength. I will teach you the nuances of both disciplines.
