Powerlifting is a mental game as much as a physical one. I have rebuilt my strength after severe injuries to claim national titles, and I teach my athletes how to train smart, manage pain, and keep progressing despite setbacks.

This is the moment my ankle twisted badly at the Delhi state championship. I was told to stop, but I came back and hit a 350 kg raw squat. I teach my athletes to set an example of fighting spirit.

I pulled this 325 kg deadlift at the Delhi state meet right after that ankle injury. With the grace of Bajrang Bali, I not only finished the competition but became champion.

Due to a rib injury, I couldn't brace properly for squats or deadlifts at the Senior Nationals. It's all a game of time and patience. You learn to fight with what you have on the day.

Here I am at the weigh-in for the Delhi state classic championship, where I competed with an injury. I still took home the gold and the Strong Man title. Your mind has to be stronger than your body.

After my ankle injury, I didn't have the courage to participate in the classic nationals. But with the right support, I came back to win the 'Strongman of India' title. I teach my athletes the importance of a strong support system.

Training with injuries and a heavy workload is a reality for many athletes. I teach you how to train smart, manage fatigue, and keep moving forward towards your goals.

About The Comeback Story: Stronger Than Setbacks

When you are managing an injury, your training cannot look like a generic bodybuilding routine. I adjust your programming by modifying volume and intensity to accommodate your specific pain points, ensuring you keep bracing and lifting without aggravating existing issues. This is not about pushing through blind pain; it is about training with intelligence to ensure longevity on the platform.

Powerlifting is not about lifting the heaviest weight every day; it is about technique, consistency, and having the mental fortitude to show up when your body tells you to stop. Whether you are prepping for a state-level meet or just trying to fix your squat form, my coaching is built on the reality of the sport.

I do not believe in shortcuts. My coaching methodology focuses on three pillars:

  • Technical Mastery: We break down your Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. If your bar path is off or your bracing is inconsistent, we correct it before we add another kilo.
  • Injury-Proof Programming: I have competed and won titles while managing serious ankle and rib injuries. I apply these same principles to you, balancing high-intensity training with smart recovery and deload phases.
  • Competition Mindset: On meet day, fear disappears when you have prepared for every scenario. We simulate commands and weigh-ins so you are ready to perform under pressure.

I coach in Delhi NCR, providing hands-on cues that you simply cannot get from a generic online program. If you are serious about breaking records, stop looking for an easy path. Put in the work, trust the process, and let's get stronger together.

I am Amit Yadav, and for me, powerlifting is a form of worship. I live for the platform and the discipline it demands, and I pass that same intensity on to every athlete I train. If you are ready to drop the excuses and actually get to work, you are in the right place.
