We can lift 400 kg, but how can we lift your tantrums? A little humor, but the message is serious. Focus on the weights, not the drama.

A smooth 320 kg deadlift. The goal is to make heavy weight look easy. This comes from perfect technique.

Another angle of the 320 kg raw deadlift. This is pure strength from the floor to lockout.

About The Deadlift: The Ultimate Test of Strength

I do not just watch you lift. I analyze your setup frame-by-frame, correcting your bar path and lockout before you risk injury. It is about working smarter, not just moving weight.

The deadlift is a true measure of raw power. Whether you pull sumo or conventional, you need a strong back, powerful hips, and an unbreakable grip. I coach you to refine your setup, pull, and lockout to conquer the bar.

Technical details matter. Most lifters fail because they rush the start or ignore their bracing. In my sessions, we focus on the mechanics of the lift rather than just the number on the plate. We look at your hip height, the position of your shins, and how you engage your lats. If you are struggling with a sticking point, we use accessory lifts to build that weak link.

I also teach both raw and equipped powerlifting. Equipped lifting uses supportive gear, and the technique is different because you have to work with the suit. I have mastered both styles through years of national-level competition.

I understand the reality of training with injuries because I have fought through them myself. You do not need magic pills. You need consistency and a coach who has been on that platform. I train athletes in New Delhi, but my online coaching is just as disciplined. If you are ready to put in the work, I am ready to guide you.
