I arrive two to three hours before your guests arrive to set up a full service station, regardless of your home layout. We handle every logistical detail, from the prep and plate warming to the final cleanup, so you never have to step foot in your own kitchen while hosting.

Whether I am hosting an intimate supper club or catering a private milestone birthday, the magic happens in the hours before the first guest arrives. My team operates as a cohesive unit, treating every client’s kitchen like a professional line.

We bring our own handcrafted stoneware, specialized plating tools, and fresh garnishes, turning your dining area into a controlled, high-end environment. You might see us torching scallops, plating delicate salmon tartare, or finishing sauces with house-made jus. It is about precision and timing, and when I plate, the components are adjusted to the millimetre.

My service team ensures that every dish is introduced with a story, keeping the evening fluid and engaging. We handle the heavy lifting, the service flow, and the post-dinner cleanup, allowing you to stay present at your own table. From the initial prep to the final dessert plating, we respect your space while maintaining the standards of a high-end restaurant.
