Looking for yoga that feels real? Join our small group sessions in Sector 104, Noida. We mix energetic Vinyasa, grounding Hatha, and restorative Yin to help you build strength, find balance, and heal.

A glimpse into our International Yoga Day celebration. It is always wonderful to see the community come together, with students of all levels sharing their energy and dedication to the practice in a synchronized flow.

This is our Power Flow Vinyasa class, designed to build stamina, strength, and energy. You can see the dynamic movement as we transition smoothly from one pose to the next, linking breath with motion for a powerful workout.

A closer look at a Vinyasa flow sequence in my studio. I lead the class through a series of connected poses, demonstrating the flow while also moving around the room to observe and offer individual guidance.

This is a Yin Yoga session, a much slower and more contemplative practice. We hold passive poses for longer durations, using props like blocks for support to target the deep connective tissues and promote a state of calm.

In our Yin Yoga practice, we use props like bolsters to allow the body to relax completely into a pose. This seated forward bend helps release tension in the back and hamstrings, promoting deep relaxation and mindfulness.

A typical class involves a mix of students, from beginners to more advanced practitioners. Here, the class moves through a warrior sequence, demonstrating how we build strength and stability together in a group setting.

This clip demonstrates a Hatha Yoga sequence. Hatha is about finding balance between effort and ease, holding poses to build strength and awareness. Here I am moving from a standing forward bend into a deeper stretch.

Balance is key in Vinyasa yoga. This sequence shows how we use blocks to support us as we move through challenging balancing poses, maintaining poise and focus. This slow, controlled movement has a calming effect on the mind.

A Vinyasa flow in progress. Students are moving in unison, building heat and energy. This style of yoga is excellent for improving cardiovascular health and creating a strong, toned body.

A wide view of my studio during a group class. The space is designed to be open and inviting, allowing everyone to have enough room to practice comfortably while still feeling the collective energy of the group.

About Our Studio Classes: Energy & Flow

I keep my batches small, between 8 to 12 students, because yoga is not just about moving your body—it is about moving it correctly. You will find me walking around the studio during every session, physically adjusting your posture, or showing you exactly how to use a block or strap to help you safely deepen a pose.
