Many women face challenges with irregular periods. This video demonstrates seven specific yoga asanas like Dhanurasana and Bhujangasana that stimulate reproductive organs and balance hormones to help regulate the menstrual cycle naturally.

About Yoga for Healing & Specific Needs
Most people come to me with a specific pain or stiffness. Whether it is a slip disc, neck tension from desk work, or irregular periods, we don’t just 'do yoga.' We focus on alignment correction and use props like straps, bolsters, and wall ropes to make sure your body moves safely, giving you relief from the inside out.
Why Therapeutic Yoga Works
Many students come to me having tried generic online classes that left them feeling more strained. My sessions are the opposite. We view yoga as a therapeutic tool. If you have cervical pain, knee stiffness, or post-natal recovery goals, you need modifications, not random flows.
My Approach to Healing
My studio in Sector 104 is a space for sahi dhang (the right way).
- Alignment Correction: We don't rush into poses. I provide hands-on adjustments to ensure your spine and joints are protected.
- Prop Usage: Props are your allies. We use wall ropes to decompress the spine and bolsters to support deep stretches, allowing your muscles to release tension without force.
- Specific Focus: We address women's health issues, such as irregular periods, through targeted asanas like Bhujangasana and Ustrasana that stimulate the pelvic area naturally.
What You Can Expect
Yoga isn't magic overnight. It requires patience. In our small group sessions (8-12 students), I keep a close eye on your progress. You might feel a change in your mood, a reduction in your daily aches, or improved sleep quality within the first few weeks. We combine Hatha yoga for balance, Yin yoga for stress relief, and targeted asanas for physical ailments. Come prepared to work hard, focus on your breath, and listen to what your body is actually telling you.
