Our Studio Classes: Energy & Flow
My studio in Noida is a calm, uncluttered space where we explore various styles of yoga. In every session, we mix different practices like energetic Power Flow Vinyasa, grounding Hatha Yoga for balance, and restorative Yin Yoga for deep calm.
Yoga for Healing & Specific Needs
Yoga is a powerful tool for healing the body and calming the mind. I focus on therapeutic applications to address specific concerns, including yoga for pain relief, improving posture, managing women's health issues like irregular periods, and reducing stress.
Props: Your Allies in Practice
Props are not a crutch; they are intelligent tools that help you deepen your awareness in a pose. I use props like blocks, straps, chairs, and even the wall to help you find better alignment, access deeper stretches safely, and understand the internal sensations of each asana.
Building Strength & Flexibility
My goal is to help you become more lachila, furtila, and taakatvar (flexible, agile, and strong). We work on building functional strength and increasing your range of motion through a mix of dynamic yoga, bodyweight exercises, and sometimes even light weights.
Understanding the Asanas
It is not enough to just do a pose; you must understand it. I focus on breaking down the techniques and benefits of different asanas, just as I do with Surya Namaskar. This educational approach empowers you to practice more effectively and mindfully.
My Personal Yoga Journey
My own practice is my sanctuary and my laboratory. It is not always perfect, but it is always authentic. I share my journey, the small wins and the challenges, to show that yoga is a lifelong process of self discovery, healing, and finding moments of peace in our busy lives.
