Real Yoga Classes in Noida Sector 104
I don't believe in shortcuts or quick fixes. My studio is a space for Hatha and Vinyasa flow where we focus on alignment, technique, and real healing, not just making shapes.
This is where the real yoga happens. I believe in providing hands on guidance to help you find the correct alignment in every asana. Here, I am assisting a student in a forward bend and backbend, ensuring she gets the deepest stretch safely and feels the pose correctly in her body.
Listen to what my students have to say. This student shares how she had been doing Surya Namaskar incorrectly for over a decade and felt a real change in her body within just one week of learning the right technique with me. It is this focus on alignment that makes all the difference.
Yoga is a journey of transformation, both inside and out. This collage shows the incredible progress of one of my dedicated students, highlighting the physical changes that come with consistent practice and a focus on holistic wellness, including weight management.
Welcome to my studio in Sector 104, Noida. This video shows a typical group session, where we flow together, building energy and community. Even in a group, I make sure to observe and guide everyone, creating a supportive and focused atmosphere for practice.
In my studio, we use various tools to explore our practice. Here, I am demonstrating how we use yoga ropes, a powerful prop that helps decompress the spine, improve circulation, and build core strength in a unique way. It is a fantastic tool for deepening your understanding of inversions.
Many people practice Surya Namaskar, but often with incorrect alignment. In this video, I break down the proper technique for Sun Salutations, explaining that it is a sequence of eight unique asanas, not twelve. Correcting these small details is key to making your practice more effective and preventing injury.
It is incredibly rewarding to see my students heal and grow stronger. This student, who lives with rheumatoid arthritis, shares her story of finding relief and regaining strength after just two months in my class. This is a testament to how therapeutic yoga can be for chronic conditions.
About Featured
Many students join me after years of doing Surya Namaskar incorrectly, which is why I prioritize hands-on adjustments. I don't just stand at the front and demonstrate; I walk around the studio to help you find the correct alignment for your specific body type. Whether we use blocks, straps, or wall ropes, the goal is to make sure your muscles are actually working the right way to prevent injury.
Yoga is a commitment to yourself, not a race. My classes at Sector 104, Noida, are intentionally kept small, 8 to 12 students, because you cannot get proper guidance in a crowded room.
When you join a session, expect a mix of Hatha Yoga for balance and Power Flow Vinyasa for energy. If you are dealing with chronic pain, such as slip disc, cervical stiffness, or rheumatoid arthritis, we use specific therapeutic techniques. We do not rush; we use props like chairs, bolsters, and wall ropes to help you decompress your spine and joints safely.
Why alignment matters
I often see students who have been practicing for years but have never really felt the stretch because of poor form. My approach is simple: sahi dhang se karo, tabhi fayda milega (do it right, then you get the benefit). I correct your posture during the flow so that you learn how to engage the right muscles.
What to expect
- Personal Attention: I provide hands-on adjustments in every class.
- Prop-based Learning: We use blocks and belts to help you find your depth in a pose without strain.
- Sustainable Results: Whether it is weight loss or pain management, my programs are about discipline and mindful movement.
If you are tired of generic classes that leave you feeling stiff or sore, come and practice with me. It is not about perfecting a pose for a photo; it is about feeling your body open up, one session at a time.
