I don't believe in shortcuts or quick fixes. My studio is a space for Hatha and Vinyasa flow where we focus on alignment, technique, and real healing, not just making shapes.

This is where the real yoga happens. I believe in providing hands on guidance to help you find the correct alignment in every asana. Here, I am assisting a student in a forward bend and backbend, ensuring she gets the deepest stretch safely and feels the pose correctly in her body.

Many people practice Surya Namaskar, but often with incorrect alignment. In this video, I break down the proper technique for Sun Salutations, explaining that it is a sequence of eight unique asanas, not twelve. Correcting these small details is key to making your practice more effective and preventing injury.

It is incredibly rewarding to see my students heal and grow stronger. This student, who lives with rheumatoid arthritis, shares her story of finding relief and regaining strength after just two months in my class. This is a testament to how therapeutic yoga can be for chronic conditions.
