In my Sector 104 studio, we move away from the 'gym culture' of grinding through pain. Instead, we use Hatha and Vinyasa Flow to listen to the body. Props like wall ropes, bolsters, and straps are not just for support; they are tools to decompress the spine and teach muscles how to engage properly. Many students come to me having practiced for years but hitting a plateau because of poor alignment. It is like clearing a blockage—once the technique is correct, the weight loss, the flexibility, and the pain relief naturally follow. It is not magic; it is biomechanics.
