I believe yoga is more about healing from inside than just striking the perfect pose. My sessions are built around helping you tune in to your body’s signals, working with what you have, and moving towards real change slowly - dheere dheere (bit by bit). It’s not about instant results or quick fixes. If you’re patient and ready to work through your pain, this is for you.
What We Work On
- Chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain: We focus on spinal alignment, posture correction, and routines for lasting relief. Expect simple moves that strengthen core and back muscles so you can support your body better.
- Arthritis, slip disc, frozen shoulder: I’ve helped people feel lighter and get more movement using yoga for arthritis and mobility. Progress happens, but it takes time.
- Women's health: Specific asanas for hormonal balance, menstrual health, and gentle post-natal recovery. Chakki Chalanasana and others help with pelvic circulation and toning.
- Stress, anxiety, insomnia: Breathwork for healing is a big part of our sessions. Yin Yoga and focused breathing practices calm the mind and release tension.
How I Teach
- Alignment is key in every movement. We use props like blocks, straps, and chairs so poses fit every body, not just the flexible ones.

My Story
Hi, I’m Alpana. Been teaching yoga for 12+ years, and let me tell you, my poses aren’t always Insta-perfect. I share my ups and downs with students – real yoga is messy, full of small wins and setbacks. Hatha yoga, for me, is about finding your own balance inside, like the sun and moon. I love helping folks heal, from slip disc to achy backs. My goal? You walk away feeling lighter, inside and out.
My Work
Yoga Classes for All - I teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, restorative Yin Yoga, and therapeutic yoga for slip disc and arthritis.
Focus on Technique - Sahi dhang se karo, tabhi fayda milega (Do it right, then you get the benefit). I help with alignment and posture.
Patience Over Quick Fixes - Yoga isn’t magic overnight. My classes use slow, mindful moves and props to build awareness.
Targeted Healing - We work on cervical pain, irregular periods, post-natal recovery with specific asanas and pranayama.
Weight Loss & Detox Weekends - Eat well, feel light. Our weight loss detox yoga program is about discipline, not starving.
