About My Fitness Philosophy: Strength & Discipline
When you are chasing serious strength, the biggest risk is ego lifting without guidance. That is where I come in. During our sessions at Throne Fit, I do not just count your reps. I am right there spotting your heavy deadlifts and squats, providing immediate tactile cues to fix your posture and ensure you hit failure safely without injury.
My approach to strength and discipline is built on a simple premise: consistency beats intensity when the intensity is not sustainable. We work on a structured split, typically a Push-Pull-Legs routine, designed to maximise muscle gain and fat loss based on your unique body type.
I treat my role as a coach like I treat my own bodybuilding journey—I do not guess, I track. We focus on macro-based nutrition and regular body metrics because if you cannot measure your progress, you cannot improve it.
