I do not believe in handing you a printout and walking away. When you train with me, I am on the floor spotting your heaviest sets, calling out your squat depth, and fixing your posture instantly. If you are struggling with compound lifts or worried about injury, this is where we fix the foundation.

Many people go to the gym, but few train. There is a massive difference between moving weight and stimulating muscle. My approach is strictly hands-on because that is how you actually get results without ending up in physical therapy.

Whether we are at Throne Fit or OxFit, our sessions are focused on three pillars:

  1. Form Precision: If your back is rounding on a deadlift or your knees are caving on a squat, I will stop you immediately. We fix the movement pattern first.
  2. Training to Failure: This is not about 'going through the motions.' We train close to failure where the growth actually happens. I am there to spot you, so you can push safely past your mental blocks.
  3. Intentional Volume: You do not need two hours in the gym. You need an hour of focused, high-intensity work that aligns with your specific metabolic needs.

I hold certifications from ACE, ISSA, ACSM, and NASM, but that is just the baseline. The real value is in the real-time feedback loop we create during every single session. You learn why you are doing a movement, how to feel the right muscle engage, and how to fuel your body to recover. This is not for people looking for an easy route.
