I like to keep things real - no random workouts, no empty promises. You won't find me pushing cookie-cutter routines. My focus is a customized workout plan for weight loss, strength, or just getting your energy back. We decide your mission, then build a step-by-step, progressive roadmap together.

How We Train

  • If you're in Namma Bengaluru, we train in-person at the gym - I keep an eye on your form and push you just enough.
  • Not in Bangalore? My virtual fitness coaching India setup means you get the same personal touch, just through a screen, wherever you are. No fancy equipment needed.

What I Cover

  • Weight loss or muscle gain, based on your goals
  • Strength and conditioning routines using both free weights and functional moves
  • General fitness and everyday energy boost program if you're feeling sluggish

Some days, you smash your workout, other days—family, samosas, poori, and your morning sweat feels like it went paani mein... CHAPPAK! (splash, gone!). Happens, yaar. We laugh, we move on, and we keep pushing. Born and brought up in Namma Bengaluru, I believe in helping you become your best, one messy, real day at a time.
