- Sample Workout: 45 minute full body conditioning session to test stamina.
- Vibe Check: Real time evaluation of the trainer's teaching style and facility hygiene.
- Access: Includes gym floor fee for the duration of the session.
Standard 1-on-1 Coaching (Monthly)
Core Training Logistics
- Frequency: 12 sessions per month (3 days per week).
- Session Format: 60 minutes total (10 min warm up, 45 min lifting, 5 min cool down).
- Supervision: 100% active supervision with physical spotting and rep counting.
Program Structure
- Routine: Standard splits (Push Pull Legs or Bro split) adapted to 3 day frequency.
- Equipment: Full usage of free weights, cable machines, and functional ropes during the session.
Nutrition & Support
- Diet Plan: Basic macro planning centered on Indian household meals (portion control for Roti/Rice).
- Support: WhatsApp access for routine queries and immediate feedback on lifting posture.

- Biometrics: Bi weekly check ins using weighing scale and measuring tape to track inch loss.
- Visuals: Mandatory Before, During, and After photos to document body composition changes.

- Audits: Requirement to send meal photos via WhatsApp for strict monitoring.
