People often think CrossFit is just about going fast, but I prioritize form above everything else. Whether we are doing kettlebell swings or box jumps, I am right there spotting you to make sure your technique is solid. My job is to push you hard without you ever needing to worry about an injury.
High-intensity training is not just about sweat. It is about efficiency. My HIIT and CrossFit sessions are designed for those who want to improve their functional strength, speed, and endurance in a compressed timeframe. We use a mix of plyometrics, calisthenics, and controlled heavy lifting to challenge your system.
But here is the reality check: you cannot out-train bad form. That is why I do not just hand you a routine and walk away. I am hands-on. If you are struggling with your squat depth or a deadlift setup, I will correct it on the spot. We train at Throne Fit in GM Palya or at OxFit, where you have the space and the equipment to actually move.
Whether you are prepping for a specific athletic goal or just want to change your body composition, we treat every session with the same level of discipline. We track your progress, we adjust your intensity, and we keep the effort consistent. No magic tricks, no shortcuts.
