Whether you are training with me at Throne Fit in GM Palya or following my online coaching programs, my philosophy remains the same: consistency beats intensity. People often ask me what the secret is to a transformation, and my answer is simple. There is no secret. You have to show up, do the work, and be patient with the process. In my world, we balance the hard sessions with outdoor activity, like our weekend treks in Nandi Hills. It keeps the mind sharp and the body moving.
I use my background as an internationally certified coach (ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NASM) to structure your workouts, but I am also a realist. We use practical Indian staples for nutrition, not expensive supplements you do not need. I guide you through meal planning that actually supports your goals, whether you are trying to lose fat or pack on muscle.
My coaching is hands-on. If you are in Bangalore, come to the gym. I will be right there spotting you, correcting your form on heavy compound lifts, and making sure you are safe. If you are training remotely, you get the same level of attention through video feedback and weekly calls. It is not about a quick fix. It is about building a body and a life that you can sustain for years. As we say in Malayalam, 'snehichal ellam easy aanu' (if you love the process, everything becomes easy).
