Forget fad diets or expensive supplements you cannot sustain for more than a week. My approach to nutrition is built around Indian staples you already have in your kitchen like oats, eggs, bananas, and local vegetables. If you are training at Throne Fit, we look at your pre and post-workout timing, not just total caloric intake, because when you eat matters just as much as what you eat for recovery.

Many people walk into the gym, work hard, and then undo all their progress in the kitchen. As an ACE and ISSA certified nutritionist, I focus on body recomposition that lasts. Whether you are aiming for fat loss or muscle gain, my plans are designed to be practical, not perfect.
