Why we do it
Strongman training is about total body coordination. When you’re under a yoke or pushing a prowler sled, every muscle has to fire at once. It’s not about isolating a bicep; it’s about core stability, grip strength, and mental endurance.
How sessions work
You won’t be left wandering the floor alone. Our coaches, who are actual pro fighters, watch your form like a hawk. We go aaram se (slowly) to ensure you master the technique of a clean tire flip or a safe sandbag carry before you go heavy. It’s safe, but it’s intense.
We offer unlimited gym floor access which includes the entire strongman arsenal—yokes, sleds, and farmers' handles. We train as a team, so when you’re gassed after a circuit, you’ll have someone shouting encouragement, not just watching the clock.
