We regularly host in-depth weightlifting workshops to break down the technique for complex Olympic lifts. This is a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals or refine your form to improve your PR.
Our training philosophy is about versatile strength. This session shows our members working through a variety of movements, including squats for power, ring exercises for bodyweight control, and box jumps for explosive ability.
About Olympic & Powerlifting
We keep our groups small for a reason. You aren't just one face in the crowd here; our coaches watch every rep of your deadlift or clean and jerk. It is about getting the form right so you can add weight safely, not just throwing plates around to look tough. If you are learning, we go aaram se, ensuring you master the movement before you push for heavier PRs.

Olympic Lifting: The Snatch and Clean & Jerk
These movements are the gold standard for explosive power, but they require precision. Our workshops break these lifts down into manageable components. We focus on mobility, bar path, and timing. You will learn to use your legs, not your back, to generate force, all while training with quality bumper plates and bearing barbells that feel right.
Powerlifting Essentials
For those focused on the big three—squat, bench, and deadlift—we provide the environment you need to get strong. We have the racks, the calibrated plates, and the space to train heavy. Our coaches provide real-time form correction, ensuring you don't just lift more, but you lift better. We track your progress because seeing your numbers climb is the best motivation.
Our Training Philosophy
We train in a family atmosphere. It does not matter if you are lifting twenty kilos or two hundred; you will find support here. We share the floor, we spot each other, and we celebrate every milestone. We are based in Sarjapur and HSR, and we are ready to help you build the foundation you need.
