About Build Your Foundation
We do not do cookie-cutter plans here. Our coaches, most of whom are pro fighters, are on the floor to spot your heavy lifts and correct your form on the rack, whether you are just starting shuru se shuru or training to break your personal best.
Building a solid foundation is about more than just lifting weights. It is about developing the grit, mobility, and mechanics to perform at your best. We mix bodybuilding for muscle growth, powerbuilding for strength, and calisthenics for total body control.
How We Train
Our programming is built on variety:
- Powerlifting & Olympic Lifts: Master the squat, bench, deadlift, snatch, and clean & jerk with form correction from coaches who have competed at the highest levels.
- Strongman Circuit: Forget the cardio machines. We use tires, sleds, and yokes to build functional, real-world power that translates outside the gym.
- Indian Mudgar: We teach this traditional method to improve your grip, shoulder health, and rotational strength.
The Vibe
It does not matter if you lift twenty kilos or two hundred—sabko support milta hai (everyone gets support). You are joining a family that cheers for every win and pushes you to do more.
What to Expect
When you walk in, you get access to our full functional zone, including Olympic platforms and specialized strongman gear. We run daily group conditioning classes, but you are also free to use the floor during open hours to follow your own routine. If you are new, start with our unlimited floor access and jump into a group session to see how we train.
