Our Welcoming Yoga Community in GK-2
A place where you can find your own spiritual journey. From locals in Delhi to friends visiting from New York and Germany, we practice together in an open, judgment-free space in GK-2.
I am always happy to welcome international visitors to my studio. Sharing the practice of yoga with people from different cultures, like this yogi from New York, is a true blessing.
A happy moment with a student after a fulfilling yoga session. The connections we make on the mat often extend beyond the studio.
Posing with a student in front of our studio's Buddha mural. This artwork serves as a constant reminder of the peace and mindfulness we cultivate in our practice.

It was a pleasure to host two new yogis all the way from Germany. My studio is open to everyone, whether you are a local resident or a traveler visiting Delhi.
Another photo with my wonderful students from Germany. I am grateful for every person who walks through my door and adds to our community's energy.

About Our Welcoming Global Community
Whether you are a local resident or visiting Delhi, you will find our studio space in GK-2 a calm escape. We keep our group sizes small, usually 8-12 people, so I can provide tactile adjustments to ensure your alignment is safe and you get the full benefit of every Surya Namaskar or Vinyasa flow. Sab ke liye (everyone) is our motto, regardless of where you come from.
Yoga is a practice that knows no borders. Over the last two years, I have been blessed to welcome students from all over the world, including Germany, New York, and our own local neighborhood in Greater Kailash. The goal at Aatmspand is not just to practice asanas, but to build a family where everyone feels supported, seen, and comfortable.
Why Our Community Works
My classes are designed to be non-intimidating. If you are a beginner, you do not need to worry about flexibility or strength from day one. We start where you are. Because we limit our batches to 8-12 participants, you get semi-private attention that is rare in larger gym settings. I am there to guide your posture, help you use props like blocks and alignment sticks safely, and ensure you are breathing correctly.
Your Practice in GK-2
Our studio is a peaceful escape from the city. We use ambient lighting, soft decor, and maintain a quiet, clean space so you can focus inward. Whether you join us for a slow Hatha flow or a more dynamic session, the environment helps you tune out the noise and connect with your inner soul.
We offer unlimited monthly memberships for those who want a consistent practice or drop-in passes if you are just passing through Delhi and want to keep up with your routine. If you are looking for a yoga space that feels less like a facility and more like a family, you are welcome here.
