Here I am assisting a student in Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, or One-Legged King Pigeon Pose. This hands-on adjustment helps to deepen the backbend safely and protect the lower back.

During our dynamic flow yoga practices, I move around the room to observe and offer individual guidance. This ensures everyone is practicing safely and getting the most out of each posture.

Using the wall is a fantastic tool for beginners learning inversions. This video shows a student safely practicing a wall-assisted handstand to build shoulder strength and body awareness.

In our small group batches of 8-12, I personally guide each student through tactile adjustments and the correct use of props. Whether it is using a wall for stability during inversions or yoga blocks to protect your lower back, my goal is to make sure your posture is safe and sustainable so you can focus on the inner connection rather than worrying about injury.
