Welcome to our Kandivali West studio. Whether you are seeking therapeutic relief, deep meditation, or professional teacher training, we learn and grow as a community here.

In my in-person classes, I provide hands-on guidance and personalized adjustments. This ensures you are practicing each asana safely and effectively, helping you deepen your practice and prevent injury, whether you are a beginner or an advanced student.

I am lighting the lamp to inaugurate the All India Yogasana Competition hosted by our institute. It is an honor to create a platform that celebrates the discipline and artistry of yogasana.

Students practice Padahastasana (Hand Under Foot Pose) during our in-person yoga camp. This deep forward bend stretches the hamstrings and spine while calming the mind.
