About Our Yoga Journey & Inspiration
We do not believe in generic workout plans. I personally guide students to choose between Hatha, Power Yoga, or restorative sessions based on their specific health goals, such as thyroid management or deep stress relief, rather than forcing everyone into the same standard routine.
