It feels special to share my journey beyond the mat. Here is a look at media features that highlight my approach to yoga practice and teaching in Bengaluru.

It was an honor to be featured in Town Trendz magazine, discussing my yoga journey and philosophy. I was also happy to see my mudra photograph used in a Kannada book on mudras published by Sapna Book House.

About In the Press

Being featured in Town Trendz and having my mudra illustrations published by Sapna Book House was a proud moment, but it is really about the message. My approach, whether in a magazine, a book, or our Basaveshwaranagar studio, remains the same: making yoga accessible, practical, and grounded in real anatomy rather than just aesthetic poses.

When I started, I was just another student struggling with the basics. Over time, that struggle turned into a practice, and that practice became my naseeb. Seeing my work recognized in local media isn't just a badge of honor; it reinforces the importance of the Sthira sukham asanam philosophy we teach daily.

Whether it is explaining the mechanics of a mudra for a publication or correcting a student's posture in a weekend workshop, my goal is consistent: to strip away the intimidation factor. Yoga shouldn't feel like an exclusive club. It is a discipline for everyone—from children in our summer camps to professionals dealing with tech-neck in corporate sessions.

Our studio in Basaveshwaranagar is a space where we focus on results without losing the heart of the tradition. If you have seen these features and are curious about how we apply these principles to your own fitness goals, whether it is weight management through Power Yoga or finding focus through Pranayama, you are in the right place. We invite you to step into the studio and see how the practice looks when it is not on a glossy page, but on the mat in front of you.
