This video shows a dynamic flow that builds strength and flexibility, moving from Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog) to a wall-assisted handstand and into Urdhva Dhanurasana (Wheel Pose). This is the kind of strength and control we build together in my advanced classes.

In my advanced workshops, I provide direct, hands-on assistance to help you safely achieve poses like the full split. Here, I am guiding a student to deepen her stretch, ensuring proper alignment to prevent injury and build confidence.

Correct form is everything. I work closely with each student to make adjustments that reduce imperfection and help them find stability and comfort in every posture, whether they are a beginner or an advanced practitioner.
