My sessions are active. We link breath to movement through sequences like Vinyasa flow, focusing on building heat and stamina. You will sweat, you will work, and you will leave feeling stronger than you arrived.
This is not a slow stretch class. My Power Yoga sessions are designed for intensity, helping you build muscle, increase your metabolism, and manage weight effectively. We focus on dynamic flows where breath controls every movement, whether we are holding Chaturanga Dandasana or transitioning into Camatkarasana.
Classes at my Basaveshwaranagar studio are structured for results. If you feel tired or want to quit, that is when the real work begins. We push through those moments because that is how you change your body and your mind. You do not need to be flexible to start. You just need to show up.
We use props like wall ropes and blocks to help you break through plateaus in your practice. Whether you are aiming to lose weight, gain strength, or simply escape the daily grind, the goal remains the same: show up consistently. Practice is about getting better, not being perfect.
