I teach you how to use each other as anchors, not just to deepen the stretch, but to build genuine trust while sharing the practice.
Whether you are looking to bond with a partner or introduce your family to wellness, my sessions are built on safety and mutual support. In these classes, we use the principles of Hatha and Iyengar-inspired alignment. It is not just about the pose; it is about the laugh you share when you lose your balance. If you are in the Andheri West area, we can arrange a private session at your convenience, or I can travel to you within the Mumbai Metropolitan Area.
For those new to this, we start slow. I guide you through tactile adjustments so you both feel secure. As I always say, 'Yoogaa karanyaasaathi tumcha vay kaay, vajan kiti, he paahanya peksha tumhi karnar ka, he vichar kara.' (For doing yoga, instead of seeing your age or weight, think about whether you are willing to do it.) It is about the willingness to begin. From strengthening your core to reducing stress, this shared journey helps you disconnect from the chaos of the city and reconnect with each other.
