Group Classes: A Supportive Community
My group classes are a welcoming, zero-judgment space for beginner to intermediate practitioners. We focus on finding peace and balance together, using a blend of Hatha and Iyengar-inspired techniques to ensure everyone can participate at their own pace.
My Personal Practice & Advanced Asanas
My own daily practice is where I explore, learn, and grow as both a student and a teacher. This dedication to advanced asanas, including inversions and arm balances, allows me to better guide you on your own path toward strength and flexibility.
Yoga for Every Body: Props & Modifications
I believe yoga is for everyone, which is why I incorporate props like chairs, blocks, and straps in my classes. Following an Iyengar-inspired approach, these tools help you practice safely, achieve proper alignment, and access poses you might think are out of reach.
My Yoga Journey & Qualifications
My path to becoming a yoga teacher has been a journey of passion and dedicated learning. I am a 500-hour qualified instructor with training from renowned institutions, covering everything from anatomy and philosophy to pranayama and meditation.
Fun with Yoga: Partner & Family Practice
Yoga is a wonderful way to connect with the people you care about. I offer partner and acro-yoga sessions to build trust and strength, and I love seeing families practice together, proving that yoga is a joy to be shared.
Yoga Beyond the Mat: Outdoor & Special Sessions
I love taking our practice into nature to connect with the elements. From energizing flows on a rooftop to calming meditation on the beach, these special sessions offer a unique and memorable way to experience yoga.
