We program varied, functional movements that change every day. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced athlete, we scale every workout to your current fitness level.

A glimpse of a classic CrossFit EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) workout. This session included wall walks, toes-to-bar, hang squat snatches, and burpees for a full-body challenge.

About Daily Workouts (WODs)

Every workout on our board comes with a specific scale. If you are not ready for strict pull-ups or heavy snatches, we swap them out for banded work or technique drills, so you still get the full training volume without the frustration. We prioritize moving safely and well, because hitting a personal record is impossible if you are injured.

Our Programming Philosophy

We do not believe in routine because routine kills progress. Our daily workouts (WODs) are designed around functional movements that translate to real life. We mix gymnastics, weightlifting, and cardio, ensuring that no two days are the same.

The 'No Mirrors' Rule

You might notice a lack of mirrors in our box. This is intentional. We want you to feel the movement in your muscles rather than watching yourself perform it. When you stop worrying about how you look, you start focusing on how you move. This builds better proprioception and body awareness, which is critical for long-term health.

Scaling for Everyone

If you see a complex workout like 'Cindy' or an EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) on our board, do not be intimidated. Our coaches are there to adjust the load, intensity, and movement complexity for you.

  • Gymnastics: We use bands, rings, and boxes to regress complex movements.
  • Weightlifting: We start with PVC pipes to master your form before adding weight.
  • Cardio: We use Concept 2 rowers and ski ergs, allowing you to pace yourself based on your capacity.

At 367 Crossfit, your competition is only with yourself. You bring the commitment, and we will handle the rest. Ek baar aake dekho (come and see for yourself) how your body performs when you stop judging it and start training it.
