Curriculum
- Duration: 2 Days (Saturday and Sunday), approximately 5 hours per day.
- Focus: Specialized deep dive into Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch, Clean and Jerk) OR Gymnastics (Handstands, Muscle ups).
- Theory: Classroom style breakdown of biomechanics, leverage, and anatomy using a whiteboard.
- Practical: Hands on drills starting with PVC pipes for technique and graduating to loaded barbells.
Analysis and Feedback
- Coach: Led personally by Dr. Munny Sharma (PhD).
- Video Review: Real time recording of lifts with immediate frame by frame error correction.
- Deliverables: Hard copy Certificate of Participation useful for trainer portfolios.
- Facility: Raw warehouse style gym (non AC) with competition grade equipment. Note that participants must bring their own hydration and towels.
Corporate Ergonomics & Posture Workshop
Workshop Details
- Duration: 60 to 90 minutes.
- Topic: "The Science of Sitting" covering lower back pain, neck strain, and wrist mobility.
- Format: Interactive seminar combined with no sweat movement drills done in office attire.
- Authority: Delivered by a PhD in Sports Science.
Deliverables
- Action Plan: Instruction on a 5 minute daily mobility routine for employees.
- Resources: Digital PDF handout of drills circulated post session.
- Location: Conducted at client office conference room or virtually via video conference.
Campus Fitness & Strength Seminar
Event Structure
- Capacity: Suitable for large groups from 50 to 200 students.
- Duration: 2 to 3 hours of total engagement.
- Topics: Lecture options include Science of Strength, Mental Well being, or Careers in Fitness.
- Activity: A guided 20 minute bodyweight mobility and workout session (Squats, Pushups).

I lead every session myself, using my experience as a PhD in Sports Science and former CrossFit Open India #1. Sometimes, I bring in other experts for more depth.

Founder Munny Sharma khud athlete hain - CrossFit Open mein India mein 1st aaye, Asia mein 8th.
