Competition Preparation Camps at 367 CrossFit
Training for a fitness event like Hyrox? Don't just show up and wing it. Our 30-day camps simulate race-day conditions so you can master your pacing, transitions, and endurance.
With the Hyrox Delhi event approaching, our prep camp is in full swing. This video shows athletes training with competition-specific equipment like sandbags and sleds, and a coach demonstrating proper form for the sled push.
Our competition prep camps are designed to get you game-day ready. This video shows our athletes tackling various stations, from wall balls and sled pushes to rope pulls, all under expert guidance. It's about strategy and execution, not just grinding it out.
About Competition Preparation Camps
Race day is as much about strategy as it is about fitness. In our camps, we do not just train for endurance; we simulate the specific chaos of the event. We practice transitions between stations and how to hold your output on the rower when your legs are already burning, so you can execute your plan with confidence when the buzzer hits.
Hyrox and similar functional fitness events are unique beasts. They demand high-intensity output followed immediately by specialized movements. If you walk onto the floor without having practiced the transitions or the 'compromised running'—running right after a heavy sled push or sandbag lunge—you will hit a wall before the second kilometer.
Our 30-day bootcamp at 367 CrossFit takes the guesswork out. We turn our Punjabi Bagh facility into a mock competition floor. You are not just doing reps; you are learning how to pace your efforts on the Concept 2 rowers and SkiErgs to avoid burning out early. We drill the heavy stuff like sandbag lunges and sled pulls alongside your running, training your body to recover while moving.
Beyond the physical, you get a squad. Training in a cohort means you are pushed by peers who are all aiming for that same finish line. We focus on three main areas:
- Station Efficiency: Reducing time lost on equipment transitions.
- Erg Pacing: Managing your heart rate during the row and ski segments.
- Mindset: Staying calm when the fatigue sets in during the final stages.
Whether it is your first event or you are chasing a personal best, we prepare you to execute. Intensity is personal, but race strategy should not be a mystery.
367 Crossfit
We are 367 CrossFit, and we believe fitness is about how gracefully you can age and how hard you can push when the situation demands it. We do not do mirrors or judgment, just honest training. We are here to get you race-day ready with a plan, not just random hard work.
