About Our Facility (The Box)
Our facility in Punjabi Bagh is built for function over aesthetics. We removed the mirrors to force you to focus on your proprioception and movement mechanics, giving you dedicated space to train with competition-grade equipment instead of waiting for a machine.
Training Designed for Performance
When you walk into our box, you will notice one thing immediately. There are no rows of useless machines gathering dust. We designed this space to facilitate movement, not sitting. Whether you are prepping for a Hyrox event or just trying to get your first pull-up, the equipment is set up to support that goal.
The Gear
We provide competition-standard tools because we believe that equipment quality dictates training quality. You will find professional-grade squat rigs, high-spin bars for Olympic weightlifting, and bumper plates that allow you to drop the weight safely. We have the space to move, sprint, and lift, which means you spend your hour training, not waiting for a rack to open up.
Why No Mirrors?
It might feel strange at first, but we have a firm no-mirror policy. Mirrors are a crutch. They make you watch your reflection instead of feeling the barbell path or the tension in your hamstrings. We want you to develop a mind-muscle connection. When you learn to feel the movement, you stop guessing and start executing.
