We push beyond the daily grind because routine kills progress. Here is a look at the workshops where our athletes break plateaus and master new skills.

Our competition prep camps are designed to get you game-day ready. This video shows our athletes tackling various stations, from wall balls and sled pushes to rope pulls, all under expert guidance. It's about strategy and execution, not just grinding it out.

We believe in teaching, not just telling. Here, a coach breaks down the deadlift, explaining the setup and offering alternatives for beginners to ensure a stable back and proper form. This is how we build a strong foundation for every athlete.

To kill a skill, you have to kill the drills. This video shows the progression for mastering handstands, from wall-supported drills to full handstand holds. Our personal skill sessions focus on breaking down complex movements into manageable steps.

Our Olympic Weightlifting seminars start from the absolute basics. Here you can see a coach guiding athletes through fundamental positions using PVC pipes, focusing on mobility and technique before adding any weight.

This is what progress looks like. From heavy clean and jerks to mastering unbroken pull-ups, our members consistently push their limits. This video captures the strength and dedication that defines our community.

The first 15 minutes of any class are crucial. We focus on clear coaching and proper demonstration, whether it's for the rower or parallette jumps, to ensure everyone moves safely and effectively before the intensity ramps up.

Unlocking your first handstand push-up is a huge milestone. This video provides a step-by-step guide, breaking down the HSPU into four easy steps, from floor drills to the final kick-up, making a complex skill accessible to everyone.

About Featured

Here, we don't believe in mirrors. You won't find them in our box because we want you to feel the movement, not just watch it. When you join our featured workshops—like our Olympic Weightlifting seminars or skill clinics—the focus is entirely on proprioception and mastering the technique, not just counting reps.

Our philosophy is simple: intensity is relative. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced athlete, our featured workshops are designed to break the plateau. We run deep-dive sessions for Olympic Weightlifting where we start with PVC pipes to perfect your snatch and clean and jerk mechanics before you ever touch a loaded barbell.

For those nagging movements that just won't click—like muscle-ups, handstand push-ups, or double unders—our skill clinics follow a 'kill the drills' approach. We break complex movements into smaller, manageable regressions so you build the foundational strength required to succeed safely. We also host competition preparation camps for events like Hyrox, where we simulate race-day conditions using sleds, sandbags, and specific interval training.

Everything happens at our Punjabi Bagh facility, which is fully equipped with competition-grade gear. You will get video analysis, immediate feedback from our Level 2 coaches, and a clear roadmap for your progress. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training with purpose, these workshops are the best way to get there. Just bring your commitment, and we will handle the programming.
