Many members walk in thinking Pilates is just about flexibility, but our sessions with the Reformer machine will quickly show you how deep the core work actually goes. We keep our group batches intentionally small, so you get real instructor attention to fix your form – this is essential if you are coming in for injury rehab or to correct long-term posture issues caused by sedentary work.

- Reformer & Apparatus: Our machine-based classes (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair) provide targeted resistance, helping you isolate muscles that mat work often misses. This is perfect for those who need rehabilitation or sport-specific conditioning.
- Mat & Barre: For those who want to master control, our mat and barre sessions utilize your own body weight, bands, and stability balls to improve endurance and alignment.

We cap our Reformer batches at 4 students, and group mat classes stay between 8-12 participants, ensuring you never feel lost in the shuffle. Getting Started
If you have never stepped onto a Reformer, don't worry. We assess your posture and goals on day one. From there, we guide you through everything from basic core engagement to advanced stability movements. Come meet the tribe, try a session, and see how your body responds to mindful movement.
