Mat Pilates: The Heart of Our Community
Join our supportive group sessions where we use body weight and props like rings and resistance bands to build core strength and flexibility. Designed for all fitness levels, these classes are where we move, learn, and grow stronger together.
You'll never regret coming to a Pilates class. This video shows why. It's a full-body workout that builds strength, improves posture, and provides mental clarity, leaving you feeling energized and accomplished every single time.
I am so proud of my Pilates tribe. This video captures their consistency, strength, and dedication. Watching them show up, embrace the challenge, and grow stronger every day is the most rewarding part of my job.
A gentle reminder to myself and all the amazing women in my class: be messy, be complicated, be afraid, but show up anyway. Here we are, determined to rise, building strength with moves like these dive bomber pushups.
Here's a sneak peek of a standing Pilates sequence using light hand weights. Adding weights helps increase intensity, tone muscles, and strengthen bones, all while improving posture in a low-impact way.
The Pilates ring, or magic circle, is a fantastic prop for adding resistance and challenge. In this clip, my class is working on balance and oblique strength, demonstrating how a simple prop can deepen the engagement of core muscles.
The struggle is real, but so is the fun. This video shows us working with the Pilates ring to build core strength, control, and stability. Slower is better in Pilates, and the burn you feel leads to real results.
We love using resistance bands in our classes to fire up the lower body. This is a fun, effective way to build glute and leg strength, proving that hard work can feel great, especially when you're doing it with your tribe.
About this collection
In my classes, you won't find intimidating gym vibes. We use simple props like magic circles and resistance bands to add challenge, but I'm always there to tweak your form personally, even in a group setting. It's about moving safely, having fun with the gang, and actually enjoying your workout.
I designed these Mat Pilates sessions to be the cornerstone of our community. Unlike standard gym workouts where you might feel like just another number, here, I focus on getting your form right, not just hitting a rep count. Whether you are recovering from a back injury, looking to fix your posture, or just want to feel lighter after a long day, this is for you.
Why Mat Pilates?
- Accessible & Effective: We don't need fancy machinery to see results. By using body weight, resistance bands, and Pilates rings (magic circles), we engage deep core muscles that often get missed.
- Mixed-Ability Friendly: My classes are a mix of beginners and regulars. I provide personalized tweaks, so whether you've never stepped on a mat before or you're a seasoned pro, you will get the right level of challenge.
- Functional Strength: My mission is to help you move with freedom—whether that is picking up your kids, sitting on the floor, or just moving through your day without pain.
Where We Train
I hold these sessions at premium, clean spaces like The Whitefield Club and Prestige Lakeside Habitat in Varthur. These halls offer the mirrored environment I need to ensure your alignment is spot-on. If you can't make it to a physical location, I also run live, interactive sessions via Zoom, so you can join our tribe from anywhere.
Fitness is a journey, not a destination. We keep it real, we celebrate the small wins, and yes, after a tough session, a reel toh banta hi hai (a celebratory video is a must). Come join us and find out why Pilates is a lifestyle, not just an exercise box to tick.
