Think you are not fit or flexible enough for Pilates? Let's fix that. We build our own reformers and welcome everyone from beginners to athletes. Workout toh karna hi karna hai, so why not make it feel good?

Pilates is for all ages. No matter where you are in life, our low-impact exercises can help you build strength, improve posture, and feel amazing.

For our members aged 18-25, Pilates is perfect for developing a toned figure, maintaining great posture, and finding relief from back and neck strain.

In the 25-35 age range? Pilates strengthens your body, improves overall well-being, and can even help regulate your sleep patterns.

For those aged 35-45, Pilates is a fantastic way to slow aging, maintain body tone, and relieve muscle stiffness.

Between 45-55? Our classes can help harmonize hormones, keep muscles firm, and give you a serious energy boost.

For our 55+ clients, Pilates promotes healthier joints, can help lower blood pressure, and boosts flexibility and range of motion.

Pilates is for the boys too. Here's our trainer working one-on-one with a male client to perfect his form and build serious core strength.

About this collection

Unlike big box gyms where the vibe can feel intimidating, we focus on making the machine work for you, not the other way around. We actually manufacture our own reformers, which allows us to customize the spring mechanisms and carriage tension to suit different body types, injury rehab needs, or fitness levels. This means you get a workout that feels effective without the struggle of trying to fit into a one-size-fits-all session.

At Balance Pilates, we believe movement should be a self-care ritual. Whether you are 18 or 60, our studio space in Delhi NCR is designed to be a safe zone where the only thing that matters is how your body feels after the class.

Why Reformer Pilates?

If you have never been on a reformer, it can look a bit like a medieval torture device, but it is actually the smartest way to train. The springs and pulleys add resistance to your movements, which wakes up deep stabilizing muscles you probably have been ignoring. This is low-impact, meaning it is gentle on your joints while still giving you that satisfying 'Pilates shake' in your core.

  • Injury Recovery: Our private sessions provide tactile feedback to help you move safely and rebuild strength without overstressing damaged areas.
  • Pre-natal & Post-partum: We offer specialized low-impact routines to support your core and pelvic floor through every stage.

The Vibe

We are all about the 'Balance Girlies & Boys' community. You will not find any mean-girl energy or ego here. We keep our group classes small (5 to 8 stations) so our instructors can actually see you and correct your form. It is less about counting calories and more about finding a groove that makes you want to come back. Come in for a drop-in session if you want to test the water before committing to a bundle.
