About Reformer Pilates
At our studio, we do not just share machines. When you book a slot, you get your own wooden-frame Reformer for the full 60 minutes. We cap our Reformer sessions at just 4 students per batch, so you receive real instructor feedback on every movement, rather than getting lost in a crowd.
Why Reformer Pilates? Unlike mat-based work, the Reformer uses spring-loaded resistance. This creates a smoother, more controlled muscle engagement that is easy on the joints but highly effective for core strengthening. It is about precision, not just repetition.
Our equipment We use professional wooden-frame Reformers with adjustable springs. Whether you need light resistance for injury recovery or high tension for strength building, we adjust the machine to match your body. For 1-on-1 sessions, we also use the Cadillac and Wunda Chair to target deep postural muscles.
Studio atmosphere Located in Ashok Vihar, our studio is fully mirrored and air-conditioned. We have designed the space to minimize distractions, allowing you to focus entirely on your form and alignment. It is quiet, clean, and built for mindful movement.
