Yoga isn't just for adults. From 'flying' in aerial hammocks to fixing posture caused by screen time, I help kids find strength, focus, and joy in movement right here in Paschim Vihar.

Is your child tired from studies and screen time? I see it all the time. This video shows how we turn that around with aerial yoga, making fitness exciting. You can even hear from one of my students, Abhi, who found his energy and focus with us after finding normal yoga boring.

This is a quick look at what my weekend aerial yoga classes are all about. We focus on increasing flexibility, building real strength, improving focus for studies, and boosting confidence. It's a complete workout for your child's body and mind, guided by experienced teachers.

Yoga isn't boring here. I believe in teaching kids the 'why' behind each pose in a fun way. Watch one of my youngest students explain five essential yoga asanas for flexibility, back strength, balance, and focus. This is how we build a strong foundation for life.

The best way to understand the impact of my classes is to hear from the parents and kids themselves. This was from our special Mother's Day session, where families discovered the joy and sense of accomplishment that comes from trying something new together.

Building strength and overcoming fear is a huge part of what we do. Here, you can see me safely guiding my students through aerial-assisted handstands. Using the hammock for support helps them build core and shoulder strength, preparing them for more advanced skills.

Fitness should be full of joy and energy. That's why I mix our yoga sessions with dance and fitness routines. It keeps the kids moving, laughing, and learning coordination in a way that feels more like play than a workout.

Many parents asked for a dedicated kids' yoga class, so here it is. In our evening batches, I cover a holistic routine of asanas for physical strength, pranayama for healthy breathing, and meditation to calm the mind. It's a space for your child to grow, relax, and make new friends.

About this collection

We don't just do static poses. Whether it is using aerial hammocks to decompress the spine after long school hours or incorporating animal walks into our mat classes, I focus on the 'why' behind each movement. It is about fixing the posture and fatigue that comes from sitting at a desk all day, not just getting them to touch their toes.

The Aerial Difference

Many parents worry about the 'study hunchback' kids develop from hours of online classes and screen time. My aerial yoga sessions are designed specifically to counter this. Using load-tested hammocks, we focus on spinal decompression—gently hanging and stretching to release tension in the back and neck. It is not just exercise; it is therapeutic movement that feels like play. We keep safety non-negotiable, with professional anchors, cushioned mats, and constant physical spotting during inversions.

Beyond the Mat

For our mat-based classes, we ditch the idea that yoga has to be slow or silent. We use yoga wheels to deepen backbends and blocks for stability, but we mix these with high-energy cardio drills like bear walks and aerobics. This approach keeps children motivated, burning off excess energy while building real coordination and core strength.

Mindful Growth

Physical health is only half the battle. In every session, I include brain gym techniques, Tratak (flame gazing), and simple Om chanting. These aren't abstract concepts; they are practical tools to help your child improve concentration, reduce screen-induced restlessness, and build emotional resilience. I keep groups small and age-appropriate because I treat this as an investment in their future, not just an extracurricular activity.

I used to crunch numbers as a CA, but now I am all about helping kids find their 'sukun' (peace) on the mat. I believe fitness should be fun, not a chore, which is why my classes are less about perfection and more about building a healthy, happy community for our children.
