A fun, safe space for kids to move, learn, and grow. At my studio, we mix traditional values with active play so children develop focus, strength, and confidence every afternoon.

This poster explains my approach to Bal Sanskar Yoga for kids. I use games, songs, and stories to teach children about their bodies, improve coordination and flexibility, and enrich their creative potential in a calm, supportive environment.

This short video introduces the concept of Bal Sanskar Yoga. It's a practice rooted in Indian culture that helps improve the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of the next generation, which is a core part of my teaching philosophy.
