Creative Summer Camps

My summer camps are a vibrant mix of activities for ages 5-15, designed to keep kids engaged and happy. We combine dance, aerial yoga, pilates, and kickboxing with creative outlets like art and drawing, ensuring there's something for every child.

Aerial Yoga: Fly, Flip, and Build Confidence

My aerial yoga classes are designed for kids aged 8 and up to safely explore movement in a whole new way. Using soft hammocks, children build core strength, improve flexibility, and gain incredible confidence while learning fun flips and poses.

High-Energy Fun: Kickboxing & Dance

For kids who love to move, I offer dynamic classes like kickboxing basics and dance fitness parties. These sessions are all about channeling energy positively, learning discipline in a safe environment, and having a great time.

Bal Sanskar Yoga & Mindful Moments

I blend traditional yoga with playful games, stories, and chants to make it engaging for children. These sessions help improve focus, flexibility, and body awareness, while also introducing mindfulness and meditation in an accessible way.
