High-Intensity Group Workouts
Start your day with a blast. My group sessions are all about functional fitness, real sweat, and pushing limits together. No excuses, just mehnat.
Every session starts with a dynamic warm up to get the blood flowing and prepare the body for the workout ahead. Here you can see the group getting energized and ready for a challenging CrossFit session.
My ladies' group works in sync during a dumbbell circuit, combining squats for strength with punches for a cardio burst. This kind of workout keeps the heart rate up and makes fitness fun.
Plyometrics are a core part of our CrossFit training. These clients are using plyo boxes for step ups, a great exercise for building explosive power, improving cardiovascular health, and toning the lower body.
Teamwork is central to my training philosophy. This clip shows clients performing partner assisted push ups and other coordinated exercises that build both physical strength and a strong sense of community.
Core training can be interactive and fun. Here, two clients are performing partner sit ups with a medicine ball pass, an effective exercise that strengthens the abs while improving coordination.
About High-Intensity Group Workouts
My group sessions in HSR are raw and high-energy, focused on functional movements that actually matter. You will not find AC or endless rows of mirrors here. Instead, you will be doing partner work like medicine ball passes or coordinated push-ups, which keeps you accountable and makes the hour fly by. It is not about looking good while you train, it is about finishing the workout stronger than you started.
If you are looking for a fancy gym to pose in, this is not the place for you. We focus on functional movements that translate to real-life strength. Whether it is CrossFit, HIIT, or kickboxing, I make sure the equipment gets used, not just admired. We use battle ropes, plyo boxes, and heavy medicine balls. You will be jumping, lifting, and sweating.
I keep the batches small enough so I can watch your form, especially when we are doing Olympic lifts or heavy squats. The morning batches in HSR Layout are my bread and butter. If you want to start your day with discipline, this is where you need to be. We have a solid community here. You see people helping each other out, correcting form, and high-fiving after a brutal set. It is infectious.
I also run a dedicated ladies-only CrossFit batch. The intensity stays high, but it is a space where many women feel more comfortable pushing their limits. We do the same drills, the same cardio, and see the same results. If you are ready to put in the work, show up. If you are just here to talk, keep moving.
