Strength & Weight Training
I focus on building raw strength and power through classic lifts with an emphasis on correct form. My programs include foundational exercises like squats, deadlifts, and presses using barbells and dumbbells to help you progressively lift heavier and safer.
High-Intensity Group Workouts
Experience the energy of training together in my high intensity interval training (HIIT) and CrossFit group sessions. We use a mix of cardio, bodyweight exercises, and varied equipment to maximize results and boost endurance in a motivating team environment.
