This is what pure dedication looks like. My group sessions are built on synchronized effort and hard work, because I believe that 'mehnat hi manzil hai' (hard work is the destination). We push together, we grow together.
Safety and proper form are my top priorities, especially when you are pushing your limits. Here, I am providing hands on support to a client during a heavy 130kg barbell squat, ensuring he can lift with confidence and power.
The energy in my ladies' group batch is incredible. This video shows a typical high intensity session where we mix different functional movements like battle ropes and burpees to keep the workouts dynamic and challenging for everyone.
I teach complex, full body movements that build functional strength. This client is performing a dumbbell lunge with an overhead press, a great exercise for improving stability, coordination, and power all at once.
My training is diverse. You will learn skills like boxing to improve your cardio and coordination, and build upper body strength with exercises like monkey bars. We make sure every session offers something new to challenge you.
After a tough group session, we celebrate the hard work. This is the community you will be a part of, a supportive and fun group that motivates each other to achieve their fitness goals.

My Training Approach
I believe that fitness is life, and my training style reflects that. You will not find endless machine-based workouts here. Instead, we focus on functional fitness that translates into real-world strength. My programs are designed to keep your body guessing, mixing Olympic lifting, CrossFit, kickboxing, and core gymnastics.

Location and Facility
I train clients at HSR Fitness World in Bengaluru. We use a raw, ventilated training area equipped with everything needed for effective functional training, from heavy nylon battle ropes to bumper plates for cleans and snatches. Come ready to work.
